Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will handle inbound calls, chats and web enquiries from people who already have a need, understand what they're after, recommend the right option and close.

No cold lists - the interest is already there. Working hours are 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday, with a long-term placement and a stable UK business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or contact centre role with a conversion target.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Accuracy when handling order and payment details.
• A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound enquiries into sales across phone, chat and email
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Follow up on open quotes and unconverted enquiries
• Record every interaction in the CRM
