REM Waste Management is a UK-based waste management company offering a 100% remote freelance contractor role with leads provided. Earn up to ZAR 43,180+ monthly, with base plus commission and monthly payout. You will take inbound calls from warm prospects, close on the call, and hit 10+ sales per day.

Work is Monday to Saturday, 08:00-17:00 BST, with UK contract terms and a requirement for a quiet workstation, reliable broadband and a headset. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in telesales, contact-centre sales, or phone-based closing.
• Proven track record of closing on first call.
• Independent working style with no supervision.
• Knows conversion rate, average call time, and numbers.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay sharp.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls from prospects who are ready to buy
• Build rapport fast and guide them to a decision on the call
• Handle objections and close consistently, hitting 10+ sales per day
• Hit weekly and monthly targets without being chased
• Keep your pipeline and activity logs accurate in our CRM
