SurTech. Exclusive reseller for Diligent in South Africa is seeking an Implementation Consultant: Governance to lead the deployment of Diligent governance products for clients. You will configure boards, set up workflows and security profiles, and manage governance-related data migrations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training executives and administrators, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform in a remote work setup with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in software implementation, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience with board management solutions or board software.
• Experience in the Corporate Governance field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product implementations, managing timelines and milestones.
• Configure and integrate Diligent Boards/BoardEffect with client governance structures.
• Configure Diligent Entities and perform data migration validation.
• Facilitate data preparation and migration of governance records.
• Deliver user training and enablement for executives and admins.
• Act as primary operational liaison to align cross-functional teams and manage expectations.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within customer organizations.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with Global Diligent Support to resolve issues.
