Job summary

SurTech. Exclusive reseller for Diligent in South Africa is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive growth in the private sector.

You will build a robust SA pipeline, articulate the value of the Diligent One GRC solution, and lead complex proposals and contracts with cross-functional teams. Key duties include managing stakeholder relationships, forecasting, and delivering against revenue targets, while leveraging your 5+ years in software sales within regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven software solution sales with targets achieved.
• Experience selling GRC/audit/risk software is highly advantageous.
• Existing network within JSE-listed corporates, financial services or insurance is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate and grow a qualified new business pipeline across the SA private sector.
• Apply enterprise software sales techniques to convert opportunities into closed deals meeting revenue targets.
• Lead preparation of business cases, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and contracts with bid, legal and technical teams.
• Provide accurate, timely sales status reporting and maintain CRM pipeline and forecast.
