Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, humanitarian affairs, public policy, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of program management experience in humanitarian or non-profit sectors.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience with humanitarian aid principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and monitoring of humanitarian aid programs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for field teams, providing logistical support.
• Facilitate communication between headquarters, field offices, and partners.
• Manage program documentation, including reports, budgets, and work plans.
• Track program progress against objectives and identify challenges.
