Placements24 is seeking an innovative, experienced Remote Non-Profit Program Development Lead to identify unmet needs, design and architect new programs aligned with our mission. This role works globally with internal teams, partners, and communities to drive impact from a home office.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program design, strategic analysis, and proven ability to translate complex challenges into sustainable solutions, while spearheading program development efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Public Health, International Development, Global Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program design, development, and management in international nonprofit sector.
• Proven success launching new programs with measurable impact.
• Experience in proposal writing and securing funding from major donors is highly desirable.
• Ability to ensure ethical considerations and quality standards in program designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and prioritization of new program opportunities based on global health needs and strategy.
• Design innovative, scalable, evidence-based program models aligned with best practices.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and market analyses.
• Develop program proposals with logic models, M&E frameworks, and budgets.
• Facilitate design sessions with diverse stakeholders via virtual platforms.
• Build relationships with funding agencies and partners to secure resources.
• Oversee initial program implementation and handover to delivery teams.
• Stay updated on trends in global health and nonprofit program development.
• Ensure ethical considerations and quality standards are met.
