Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support talent acquisition and HR operations in a fully remote capacity. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, and maintain HR records while ensuring compliance with policies in a flexible, independent virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Previous admin, HR, or recruitment coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment databases.
• Assist in posting job advertisements and screening initial applications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams, including preparing reports and correspondence.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events remotely.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
