Lever, Inc. invites applications for a HR Operations Specialist - German Speaking, based in South Africa. The role is remote, supporting employees and clients across Europe throughout the employment lifecycle.

You will work with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and external partners to deliver compliant HR services, while advancing process improvements and operational excellence. We offer a starting salary of €25,000 gross per year, fully remote within CET +/-2 hours, and a flexible

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar client-facing HR role.
• Good working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR operations across assigned countries, onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and employment matters with timely, accurate solutions.
• Apply country-specific employment requirements to ensure compliant HR activities.
• Identify compliance or operational risks and escalate complex matters.
• Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and partners for HR service delivery.
• Execute HR processes accurately across jurisdictions with high employee/client experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and HR-related projects.
