Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Wellness to lead remote wellness initiatives for a distributed workforce and client base within the Leisure & Sports sector.

The role focuses on shaping and executing a comprehensive wellness strategy, managing wellness platforms, and fostering a culture of well-being through digital engagement and strategic partnerships, all from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive wellness program development and management, with emphasis on digital/remote delivery.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Expertise in behavioral change theories, health coaching, and corporate wellness strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities
