Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote HR Coordinator to support our growing team in South Africa. You will manage daily HR operations, onboarding for remote hires, and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

The role emphasizes accuracy in HR records, proficiency with HRIS and office software, and strong written and verbal communication tailored for virtual environments. A BA/BS in HR or related field and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role (HR Assistant/Coordinator).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency with HRIS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new remote hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
• Assist in administration of employee benefits programs.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and explain policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR documents, correspondence, and reports.
