Placements24 is seeking a versatile Remote HR Specialist to support recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HR policy implementation, and employee relations across regions in a fully remote setup.

You will be the primary HR contact for staff, manage records in the HRIS with strict data confidentiality, ensure compliance with South African labour law, and collaborate with teams to continuously improve HR services and processes from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a broad HR role, including remote work.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS, videoconferencing, and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle remotely using remote tools.
• Facilitate seamless remote onboarding and offboarding for all employees.
