This senior role requires deep SA labor law knowledge (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and strong leadership to guide policy development, audits, and training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, HRM, or related field.
• Min 7 years in HR compliance, labor law, or risk management.
• Expert knowledge of South African labor laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and an understanding of international employment regulations.
• Proven experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks for remote or distributed teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR compliance programs and policies applicable to a remote workforce.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
• Ensure adherence to South African labor laws and relevant international employment regulations.
• Manage the development and delivery of compliance training for employees and management globally.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance-related issues and employee grievances.
