Placements24 is seeking a vigilant Remote HR Compliance Officer to join its fully remote team, supporting operations that include Bloemfontein. You will develop and implement compliance programs, monitor labor law changes, and conduct HR audits to ensure organizational compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or related fields, a SA law/regulations background, and a degree in Law, HR, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR compliance or related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and compliance standards.
• Experience developing audits and compliance strategies.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Relevant degree in Law, HR, or Business Administration.
