Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR admin or support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening applications.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as contracts and offer letters.
