Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Hospitality Revenue Manager to optimize revenue across a portfolio of properties. You will forecast demand, set pricing, manage inventory and implement RM strategies in a remote role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue management within hospitality.
• Proven track record in revenue management strategies.
• Strong analytics with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI).
• Experience with RMS and PMS systems.
• Excellent remote communication and stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
• Manage pricing and inventory across channels to maximize yield.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align revenue strategies with promotions.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
• Utilize RMS and data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide pricing adjustments and inventory controls recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate effectively in a remote environment.
