High Rise Financial LLC is seeking a sales professional for a remote, international role to generate qualified opportunities by calling physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.

You will educate decision-makers on our financing solutions and schedule meetings for senior consultants, while maintaining CRM records and hitting activity targets. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commissions and the freedom of working from home.

Competenze

2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience.
Experience with high-volume outbound calls and appointment setting.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluent English with clear telephone and email communication.

Mansioni

Make 50-75 outbound calls daily to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
Research and identify qualified prospects within assigned territories.
Engage office managers, practice admins, physicians, CFOs, and other decision-makers.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals and financing needs.
Determine whether prospects meet qualification criteria.
Gather information on practice size, specialties, ownership, financing needs.
Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Consultants.
Document interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
