You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, and build strong client relationships while staying current with healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.

About the Role

Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy specializing in healthcare staffing, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing highly qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare administrators, for a variety of healthcare facilities. This position demands a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong ethical standards, and a passion for connecting critical talent with vital roles. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for healthcare positions, from initial vacancy briefing to candidate placement and onboarding.

• Conduct rigorous screening and interviewing to assess clinical qualifications, experience, and professional demeanor.
