This is a management role, not an individual contributor, with responsibility for overall department performance. Remote (USA, Canada or South Africa) and full-time, you will hire and coach your team and shape auditing, reporting, and client communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO with ownership of channel strategy.
• Experience leading multiple strategists and holding audits to standard.
• Agency experience and client-facing ownership of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality bar, development, and reviews for PPC/SEO strategists.
• Ensure honest reporting and audit standards across client work.
• Lead escalation when accounts are at risk and communicate with clients.
• Plan hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
