Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, or chat platforms.
• Coordinate and arrange services such as transportation, dining reservations, and special requests for guests.
• Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the CRM system.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
