You will act as a digital ambassador, handling inquiries, coordinating special arrangements, and providing personalized guest experiences from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in a remote or digital capacity.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM systems.
