Hoteljobs is seeking a highly organized Guest Services Coordinator to manage guest experiences and support remote operations. You will act as a liaison between guests and service departments, handle inquiries, coordinate services, and proactively address issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role offers a fully remote work setup with flexible hours, opportunities for training, and a chance to contribute to a growing remote hospitality team across South Africa.

Competenze

• Experience in guest services, customer support or hospitality required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with CRM and online communication tools.

Mansioni

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Coordinate and arrange services such as transportation, dining reservations, and special requests.
• Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update CRM information.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure timely service.
• Gather guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
