Placements24, a fast-growing proptech startup, is seeking a driven and experienced Remote Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the real estate technology space. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, and collaborate with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies while working from a home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the technology or real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business development strategies and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its technological landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the real estate sector.
• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders remotely.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate the company's real estate technology solutions to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events and conferences.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
• Provide market feedback to the product development team to inform future innovation.
