Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Beauty Product Developer & Brand Strategist. You will drive development from concept to launch, align with brand vision, and influence market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in beauty product development with launches.
• Extensive knowledge of cosmetic formulation, ingredient tech and manufacturing.
• Brand strategy, marketing principles and consumer insights in beauty.
• Packaging development, sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and remote-working capabilities.
• Proficiency in software and tools for product development and PM.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home office space.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for new beauty products, including concept generation, formulation, testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure quality and innovation.
• Develop and refine product formulas, ensuring efficacy, safety, and sensory appeal.
• Oversee packaging design, development, and sourcing, aligning with brand identity and sustainability goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Create compelling product narratives and marketing collateral with the marketing team.
• Analyze product performance data and sales results to inform future development and strategy.
• Manage product development budgets and timelines effectively.
• Stay abreast of global beauty trends, ingredient innovations, and regulatory changes.

Formation
