Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications, or Nonprofit Management.
• 3–5 years of grant writing, fundraising or development with foundations.
• Proven success securing grants from private foundations and grant‑making bodies.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify funding opportunities from foundations, trusts, and grant-making organizations.
• Develop and write high-quality grant proposals, applications and reports aligned with funder priorities.
• Manage grant submission process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and deadlines.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with foundation program officers and contacts.
• Monitor grant awards and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather information for proposals and reports.
• Maintain a database of grants, applications and reporting schedules.
• Track grant expenditures and support financial reporting for funded projects.
• Stay informed about philanthropy trends and healthcare funding priorities.
• Contribute to the organization's fundraising and development strategy.
