Job summary

Placements24 is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Human Resources Assistants to join our HR team in a fully remote capacity. This role provides an introduction to recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, and HR data management, with mentoring from remote HR colleagues and hiring managers.

You will assist with the full recruitment cycle, support onboarding, maintain records in HRIS, respond to policy inquiries, help organise employee engagement activities, and prepare HR

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR information systems accurately.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
• Help prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
