Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You will develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads to drive measurable business results, working with marketing teams to maximize ROAS and scale performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing advertising budgets while making data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance focusing on ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign profitability.
• Write and test compelling ad copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align paid advertising strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads updates and best practices.
