Huzzle.com is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Manager to develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns for global clients. You will focus on ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversions while collaborating with marketing teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong analytical skills, and comfort managing budgets in a remote, agency-style environment. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Proven record of optimizing paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance focusing on ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
• Write and test compelling ad copy to improve CTR and conversions.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates and best practices.
