Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to lead Google Ads campaigns for clients across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. You will own strategy, setup, optimization and reporting with a strong emphasis on ROI and lead generation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in PPC, deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and robust analytics skills. This role is fully remote, with collaboration across global teams and client-facing engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on PPC / paid search experience, focused on Google Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and optimize Google Ads accounts.
• Strong knowledge of search, display, Performance Max, remarketing and automated bidding.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and other types.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, competitor analysis, and negative keyword optimization.
• Build and restructure accounts to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and ad spend; adjust budgets accordingly.
• Develop test ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Ads Conversion Tracking.
• Analyze landing pages and campaigns to improve conversions.
• Create reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and sales teams to align PPC with growth goals.
• Stay updated on Google Ads enhancements and best practices.
