Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Media Buyer / Paid Media Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROAS and drive measurable growth.

Experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with business objectives and performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend across campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and industry best practices.
