You will use innovative search techniques, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand role needs. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Recruiter, preferably remote.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across multiple channels.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and new sourcing tools.
