Placements24 is hiring a fully remote Recruitment Specialist to focus on sourcing and engaging junior talent across industries. This role offers training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of client types within a virtual team.

You will work with senior recruiters, build candidate pipelines, and gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in recruitment support, HR assistance, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with online search tools and social media platforms.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Aufgaben

• Source and identify potential candidates for entry-level and junior roles using online platforms, social media, and networking.
• Screen candidate applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
• Assist senior recruiters in managing candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Engage with candidates to build relationships and foster a positive candidate experience.
• Support outreach campaigns and talent branding initiatives for junior talent acquisition.
