Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in global sourcing and strategic procurement, with a significant portion managing international suppliers.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing global sourcing strategies that have delivered substantial cost savings and supply chain efficiencies.
• Expertise in international contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
• Deep understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of operating effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced analytical tools.
