Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in global sourcing, strategic procurement, or international supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing global sourcing strategies with tangible results.
• Expertise in international contract negotiation, supplier management, and risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and cross-cultural business practices.
• Proficiency in global sourcing platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across different cultures remotely.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
