Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to lead our global procurement efforts on a fully remote basis, supporting operations near Soweto. This leadership role focuses on developing and executing procurement strategies that optimize costs, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure a resilient supply chain.

You will manage a virtual team, oversee major sourcing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 in a management role, remote preferred.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, global contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency with procurement software, data analytics tools, and ERP systems.
