Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of international construction initiatives. You will provide administrative and logistical support to project managers, manage documentation in cloud systems, track progress, and facilitate cross-time-zone communication from your own location.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Asana, Trello, MS Project and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a Project Coordinator or similar admin role in construction/engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures.
• Attention to detail and independence with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet access and dedicated workspace.
• Experience with international teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support to Project Managers across time zones.
• Maintain and organize contracts, reports and correspondence using cloud systems.
• Track progress, identify delays, and escalate issues.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication among project teams, stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project calendars and travel arrangements when needed.
• Assist with procurement for project resources and services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Update task statuses in project management software.
• Assist onboarding of new team members remotely.
