Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of process improvement, operations analysis, or related role.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma; certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional remote communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage projects autonomously from distance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes across departments to identify optimization opportunities.
