Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough operational analysis to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and optimize facility layouts, material flow, and workforce scheduling.
• Create process documentation, control plans, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations managers, supply chain partners, and IT teams.
