The ideal candidate has a Master's in Finance or Accounting with a professional designation and 10+ years in finance, including senior group roles. Remote leadership and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional accounting designation (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 5 years in a senior group financial management role.
• Experience managing finances for a multinational group or conglomerate.
• Expertise in IFRS, consolidation, tax, and treasury management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee consolidation of financial statements for the entire group with IFRS compliance.
• Lead group-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, FX management, and banking relationships.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to the executive board.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Drive financial system improvements and best-practice implementations across subsidiaries.
• Manage and mentor a remote finance team, fostering excellence.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives.
