About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding international conglomerate, is seeking a seasoned Group Financial Manager for a fully remote position. This executive-level role demands strategic financial leadership across multiple subsidiaries. You will be responsible for consolidating financial statements, managing group-level financial planning and analysis, ensuring robust internal controls, and driving financial strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with extensive experience in group financial management, preferably within diversified business environments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the entire group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
• Lead group-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange management, and banking relationships.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to the executive board to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and statutory requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive financial system improvements and implement best practices across subsidiaries.

Requirements
