Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Group Financial Manager for a fully remote position. You will lead consolidation for the entire group, drive budgeting and forecasting, and implement financial policies and controls across subsidiaries.

The role requires 10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in a senior group management capacity, IFRS expertise, and strong leadership to manage a remote team and influence executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Professional accounting designation (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 5+ years in a senior group financial management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidation of financial statements for the group with IFRS compliance.
• Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial policies and internal controls.
