Responsibilities

• Develop detailed catering plans including menu selection, packaging, and delivery logistics.
• Integrate catering plans with virtual event platforms and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during planning or execution of catering delivery.
• Contribute to development of best practices for remote catering operations.
