Placements24 is seeking an organized Remote Catering Event Planner to design, plan, and execute catering experiences for virtual and hybrid events for a global clientele. You will work with clients, select caterers, design menus, and ensure smooth logistics in a remote-first setup.

The role requires strong coordination, creativity in culinary proposals, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning, with a significant focus on catering or food & beverage management.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and coordinate multiple vendors.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of catering for virtual and hybrid events.
• Consult with clients to understand event objectives, guest profiles, dietary restrictions, and budget constraints.
• Source and vet potential catering partners from our approved vendor network based on client requirements.
• Develop creative and customized menu proposals, incorporating local or themed culinary experiences.
• Coordinate all logistical details, including delivery schedules, setup instructions, and platform coordination.
• Maintain client communications with regular updates and prompt inquiries handling.
