Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on sourcing Full-Stack Developers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for remote teamwork.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified Full-Stack Developers for various client projects.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across MERN, MEAN, LAMP, .NET stacks.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled full-stack engineers.
• Manage the recruitment process from requisition intake to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.
• Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, social networks to find candidates.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarks for full-stack roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
