Job summary

Pavago, on behalf of a US client, is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding. This remote role requires partnering with hiring managers across multiple industries, driving candidate experience, and delivering timely hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will own pipeline development, use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, and maintain candidate engagement across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or headhunting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and niche boards.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and with hiring managers.
• Screen candidates via structured phone/video interviews.
• Maintain detailed interview notes in the ATS.
• Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
