Placements24 is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a Kimberley-based, fully remote role. The position emphasizes strong analytical acumen, clear communication, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

You will develop robust models, analyze performance against plans, and partner with senior leaders across departments to drive profitability and growth for the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Expert in financial modeling, Excel, and planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Prepare insightful financial reports and board presentations.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial support and drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for FP&A process improvements and implement best practices.
