Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and model development to support growth objectives. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in FP&A, advanced modeling skills, and strong communication to present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and long-range planning.
• Analyze monthly financial results, identify key performance drivers, and provide variance explanations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive management and the board of directors.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for greater efficiency and insight.
