Placements24 seeks a dynamic Financial Planning Manager to lead FP&A, shaping strategic plans, forecasts and budgets for growth. You will partner with senior leaders to provide critical financial insights, drive performance, and optimize resource allocation in a remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years FP&A experience, strong modeling skills, and a background in banking/finance. MBA or CPA is highly desirable; remote work offers flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel proficiency, and FP&A software experience (Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
• Excellent understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business drivers in banking and finance.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario analysis.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial needs with corporate strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
