Ackermans is seeking a highly analytical Remote Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This fully remote role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis to identify trends and risks for business performance enhancement. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/EPM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in financial analysis, corporate finance or FP&A.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/EPM systems experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Develop financial models to support business cases and initiatives.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, explain variances.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and key metric presentations.
• Support FP&A processes and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
• Monitor key financial indicators and insights into drivers.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting teams for accurate reporting.
• Stay updated on industry financial trends and best practices.
