Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Representative in South Africa to expand our client’s reach and drive revenue growth. You will build relationships with new and existing clients across SA, identify opportunities, and hit sales targets from a home office.

You will leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and CRM proficiency to present our client’s FMCG product range and contribute to ongoing market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and distributors in the FMCG sector.
• Effectively present and sell our client's product range, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
