Placements24 seeks a talented Remote FMCG Sales Director for our global client. This fully remote role lets you lead sales strategy from anywhere, driving revenue growth and expanding market share across key territories.

You will guide a large remote team, shape go-to-market plans, and influence client and distributor relationships. You will leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce, analyze market data, and report to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Progressive sales leadership experience in FMCG (min 10 years).
• Proven track record of growing sales and market share remotely.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a pan-territorial FMCG sales strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote sales force to exceed targets.
• Analyze data, market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and retailers.
• Manage sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops for go-to-market plans.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with major clients.
• Implement CRM processes and drive reporting to leadership.
